Tort Paralegal

Reece W. Frazier · Honolulu, Hawai‘i

Sixteen years working plaintiff injury claims. Now building the training and the systems behind them.

From 2008 to 2024 I worked at a prominent plaintiff personal injury firm in Honolulu. I started as a file clerk and finished as senior paralegal, technical administrator and project manager. I'm putting that experience into two projects.

In development

A personal injury course for paralegals

A practical course on handling an injury claim from intake to disbursement: investigation, insurance coverage, medical records and bills, demand packets, liens and reimbursement, and negotiation.

The core applies in any state. A second part covers Hawaiʻi practice specifically.

Early stage

Technical systems for claim operations

A firm can only take on more cases if its back end keeps up. I want to build the systems that make that possible: intake and case tracking, records handling, demand assembly, and reporting that shows where files are stuck.

At the firm I ran the moves to case management software and digital demand packets, and reworked the main case pipeline to cut time to resolution in half.

Message me if I can be helpful.

I'd like to hear from paralegals and legal staff who want better training, firms working through operations or technology problems, and people building tools for injury practices.

I'm not an attorney. I don't give legal advice or represent claimants.
